About four years ago, Qualcomm stopped accepting any money for “classic” Eudora, and invited everyone who hadn’t paid to use the final version of Eudora free, in perpetuity, in the “sponsored” mode (which still has an ad-free little window where ads used to appear), in which most features of “paid” mode are also available.
Some people had paid for older versions, however, and thought it best to continue using older versions in “paid” mode, which suppresses the “ad” window and also enables “SpamWatch” (junk mail filter) in versions 6.x and 7.x
To give everyone an opportunity to enjoy the latest versions in “paid” mode, with all the benefits of the latest features, enhancements, bug fixes and stability, here are “paid” registration codes for all versions:
Macintosh and Windows versions through 6.2.4 (Mac) or 6.2.5.6 (Windows): First name: Eudora Last name: User Registration Code: 7336-1993-8381-5139
Windows-only version 7.1.0.9: First Name: Eudora Paid Mode Last Name: Without X1 Search Registration Code: 6114-6862-8270-5863
The name “Without X1 Search” is a reminder that the “X1” feature (faster search, at the expense of large indexes maintained by background tasks) does not even exist in downloads that have been made since Eudora sales ended, and that this code will not enable it even for the original version.
Users of sponsored versions 7.0 and 7.0.1 who want to upgrade to “paid” mode must also install the current version 7.1.0.9 to use this code.

<X-Eudora-Option:TabooHeaders=>
Copy the link and paste it in the body of a new message in Eudora. Press the enter key once if the link doesn't appear in blue. Then hold down the alt key while clicking the link. A "Change Option" window will appear. In the "New Value" field type the headers you don't want to see. If you just type the first letter of a header, then all headers starting with that letter will be tabooed. You may want to type a,b,c, etc ......z, and omit d for Date, f for From, s for Subject, t for To, and so forth If you don't want to see any headers at all, type the entire alphabet. a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r,s,t,u,v,w,x,y,z A good choice is: a,co,date-w,de,di,dk,do,e,fc,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r,se,st,th,u,v,w,x,y,z Using Content Concentrator you can achieve about the same results.
